The Benefits of The Discovery Pass

We want all of our guests to feel special when you choose to spend your vacation on Bald Head Island.  To ensure that your vacation is one to remember, we offer you a “Discovery Pass,” that includes some great offers you can use during your trip.  Keep reading to learn more about what the package includes: 

1.  Enjoy a movie night with Xplorie Movie Night DVD Center located at the Check-In office.  There are plenty of options for the entire family or group that includes the latest box office hit, comedies and thrillers. 


2.  Get free ice cream or coffee from Sandpiper Coffee & Ice Cream.  There is a limit of one per day. 


3.  You can take a self-guided kayak trip in the creek or ocean with a complimentary rental for one from Tidal Creek Kayak.  We recommend making reservations 48 hours in advance. 


4.  A fun activity will be taking a self-guided paddleboard excursion when you redeem your Discovery Pass with Coastal Urge-SUP for one member of your party. 


5.  Learn more about the pirates that inhabited Bald Head Island hundreds of years ago during a Ghost Walk included with your Discovery Pass.  It is limited to one person per day. 


6.  Stay active during your vacation with a bike rental from Coastal Urge.  One person from your party per day can enjoy from Riverside Bike Rentals or Coastal Urge-Bike when you reserve them in advance.
