Photography Lecture, Book Signing and Art Reception at BHI Conservancy

Photographer and author Marjorie Brown Pierson will be giving an artist talk, signing her book Struck By Nature: Photographs of Bald Head Island, and exhibiting her fine art photography at the Barrier Island Study Center on July 23 from 2-5 p.m.

In her artists talk, entitled "Color, Light and Moment: A Creative Eye on Bald Head," Marjorie will share secrets of capturing the extraordinary landscapes of the island and present new work from her recently published book, Struck By Nature. The book is available for purchase at Turtle Central. 

The event is open to the public and tickets are $10 at the door.
