Overall Comment

The house was very clean and the location was great. On the down side there were several maintenance issues that distracted from the property (which we have identified to the management company). The management company was very responsive in providing on-site support.

Overall Comment

A great location and layout! We had 3 families and never felt crowded. The location is perfect- a beach access across the street and centered half way on the island between shoals club and marina. Things to improve on: needs more daily silverware, deck is a splinter heaven, lock to back door to deck does not work.
