Bald Head Island Limited's Guest Services desk, located in the Island Chandler Administration Building at the harbour, will be pleased to assist Bald Head Island Limited Property Management rental guests in a variety of ways. For assistance, please call (910) 269-2790 or (800) 443-6305 unless otherwise noted.

Recreational Rentals and Reservations

Guest Services can provide information about boat, bicycle, cart and beach furniture rentals, as well as dining, croquet, golf and tennis prior to your arrival on the island. Rental guests may reserve golf tee times no more than a week in advance by calling the Bald Head Island Club, (910) 457-7310. Extra golf carts, bikes, kayaks and beach furniture may be rented by the day or by the week through Riverside Adventure Company, (910) 457-4944.

Travel Arrangements

Guest Services can provide information regarding car or limousine services and can suggest sightseeing excursions for vacationers. Island and area maps are also available.

Personal Services

Guest Services can instruct guests how to receive medical prescriptions or other special requests from the mainland.

Bald Head Island Limited rental guests have access to a variety of business services through Guest Services, including use of a computer terminal with Internet access, fax service, express mail, photocopying, postage and mailing. Wireless Internet is available. Wi-Fi "hot spots" are located in the Guest Services main area by the marina, the Maritime Market Deli and Cafe area, and the Shoals Club.

Mail and Messages

We are happy to receive mail and messages for Bald Head Island Limited rental guests. Guests should have mail sent in care of Guest Services, P.O. Box 3069 or 8 Marina Way, Bald Head Island, N.C. 28461. Personal emergency messages will be delivered seven days a week during normal business hours, which vary seasonally. For after-hours emergencies, the Bald Head Island Police Department will deliver messages, (910) 457-5252.

In-Room Gifts

Guest Services can provide information regarding delivery of breakfast baskets, champagne or wine baskets, fruit and cheese baskets, flowers or cakes for special occasions through the Maritime Market.

Long-Distance Telephone

Guests may place long-distance calls from Bald Head Island Limited rental accommodations by using their telephone calling card, credit card or by calling collect. Courtesy phones are located at the island ferry terminal beside The Island Agency sales office adjacent to the marina. All courtesy phones may be used for local calls.

Housekeeping

Bald Head Island Limited rental accommodations are cleaned and furnished with fresh linens and towels before guests arrive. Additional housekeeping services are available by calling Guest Services.

Lost and Found

Items left or found in rental accommodations or on the island may be turned in or claimed at Guest Services.

Baby Sitters

Guest Services can provide a list of babysitting services on the island.
