Recreational Rentals and Reservations

Guest Services can provide information about bicycle, cart and beach furniture rentals, as well as dining, croquet, golf tee times and tennis court reservations prior to your arrival on the island. Rental guests may reserve golf tee times no more than a week in advance. Extra golf carts, bikes and kayaks may be rented by the day or by the week through Riverside Adventure Co. (910) 457-4944.

Travel Arrangements

Guest Services can provide information regarding car or limousine services, as well as suggest sightseeing excursions for vacationers. Island maps are also available.

Personal Services

Guest Services can coordinate receiving and delivering medical prescriptions or other special requests from the mainland. Massages are also available at the Shoals Club or in the privacy of your accommodations. Call (910) 454-4888 for more information.

Business Services

Bald Head Island Limited rental guests have access to a variety of business services through Guest Services, including use of computer terminals with Internet access, fax service, express mail, photocopying, postage and mailing. Wireless Internet is available for a fee to all island residents and guests. Wi-fi "hot spots" are located in the Guest Services area by the marina, the Maritime Market Deli and Café area, and the Shoals Club.

Mail and Messages

We are happy to receive mail and messages for Bald Head Island Limited rental guests. Guests should have mail sent in care of Guest Services, P.O. Box 3069 or 8 Marina Wynd, Bald Head Island, N.C. 28461. Personal emergency messages will be delivered seven days a week during normal business hours, which vary seasonally. For after-hours emergencies, the Bald Head Island Police Department will deliver messages. (910) 457-5252.

In-Room Gifts

Guest Services can provide information regarding delivery of breakfast baskets, champagne or wine baskets, fruit and cheese baskets, flowers or cakes for special occasions, through the Maritime Market. (910) 457-7450.

Housekeeping

Bald Head Island Limited rental accommodations are cleaned and furnished with fresh linens and bath towels before guests arrive. Additional housekeeping services and fresh linens and towels are available by calling Guest Services.
