Recreational Rentals and Reservations
Guest Services can coordinate boat, bicycle and cart rentals, plus dining, croquet and tennis court reservations prior to your arrival on the island. Golf tee times may be reserved no more than a week in advance. Call us for information on activities for adults, teens and children.

Travel Arrangements
Guest Services will be happy to assist you in making airline reservations, reserving car or limousine services, and suggesting sightseeing excursions for vacationers. Island and area maps are also available.

Personal Services
Guest Services can arrange for dry-cleaning pick-up and can also coordinate receiving and delivering medical prescriptions or other special requests from the mainland. We will also assist you in preordering groceries to be delivered to your rental home.

Business Services
Bald Head Island Limited guests have access to a variety of business services through the Business Center, including use of computer terminals, Internet access, fax service, express mail, photocopying, notary public, postage and mailing. Our receiving fax number is (910) 457-7218.

Mail and Messages
We are happy to receive mail and messages for guests. Guests should have mail sent in care of Guest Services, P.O. Box 3069, Bald Head Island, N.C. 28461. Personal emergency messages will be delivered seven days a week during normal business hours, which vary seasonally. For after-hours emergencies, the Bald Head Island Police Department will deliver messages.

In-Room Gifts
Guest Services can coordinate delivery of breakfast baskets, champagne or wine baskets, fruit and cheese baskets, or flowers or cakes for special occasions.

Long Distance Telephone
Guests may place long distance calls from their rental accommodations by using their telephone calling card or by calling collect. Courtesy phones are located at the island ferry depot near the bulletin board kiosk, beside the Island Real Estate Sales and Information Center adjacent to the marina, and in the lobby of the Indigo Plantation Ferry Landing. All courtesy phones may be used for local calls. Long distance calls must be made “collect” or with a credit/calling card.

Housekeeping
Rental accommodations are cleaned and furnished with fresh linens and towels before guests arrive. Additional housekeeping service and fresh linens and towels are available for an extra charge by calling the front desk at (910) 457-7420.

Lost and Found
Lost and found items may be turned in or claimed at Guest Services.
