The vision of Bald Head Island Limited, the island's developer and master planner, is to create a viable, premier island community where people may live in harmony with nature and each other. Its affiliated real estate sales company, The Island Agency, is devoted to offering clients interested in island homes, homesites or interval ownership properties an unparalleled level of personalized service and attention.
