The Island Passport Package is a special opportunity for you to take a personal real estate tour of available island homes and homesites with an Island Agency sales executive, and sample Bald Head Island's singular way of life. While you're here, you'll have an opportunity to appreciate the island's natural environments, take advantage of its recreational opportunities, and learn more about its diverse neighborhoods. Arrive on Sunday, Monday or Tuesday and receive a $50 discount.

Check-in/Check-out

Check-in time at Indigo Plantation is 3:30 p.m. for a 4 p.m. ferry. Check-out time is 10 a.m.

Reservations

A deposit equal to the total amount of the reservation, including all applicable fees and taxes, is due when you make your reservation.

Refunds

Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to scheduled arrival to receive a deposit refund.

Requirements

Participants must be at least 25 years old with a minimum household income of $150,000. If married, both spouses must be present. Participants required to take real estate tour. Failure to take real estate tour will result in an accommodations charge at published rental rack rates. Offer valid for first-time IPP visitors only. If you have previously visited on an Island Passport Package, call your sales agent directly to schedule an Island Passport Package. Subject to management approval. Prices do not include sales and accommodations tax and are subject to change without notice. Offer expires December 31, 2008.
