Friday, September 24th

N.C. UNCORKED

5-11 p.m - Harbourside Pavilion
Join participating wineries for wine tasting, food and entertainment to kick-off the weekend. Admission of $22 per person includes heavy hors d’oeuvres, free wine tasting from 5-7 p.m., entertainment by Brent Stimmel and Root Soul Project. A cash bar will be provided. Open to all islanders 21 years of age or older. Advance tickets recommended. Tickets may be purchased at the door if available.

Saturday, September 25th

North Carolina Open Air Market

Noon-5 p.m. - Maritime Market
An afternoon of North Carolina produce, food, wine , beer, seminars and art. Admission of $5 includes wine glass and tasting. A la carte pricing for concessions. Seminars will be held on the porch of the Maritime Market and are free of charge. Artist demonstrations will be held in on the porch of Woods Gallery. All ages welcomed.

Artist Line-Up
12-5 p.m. Join a variety of North Carolina artists as they demonstrate and explain their works. their works from wood craving to jewelry making.

The Amazing NC Wine & Food Race

Noon–4 p.m.
Hosted by Bald Head Island Limited, The Island Agency, and The Hammocks. This photo-scavenger hunt will challenge you. As you gather clues from each location you’ll enjoy learning about N.C. wine, food and product. The race begins at the Maritime Market where you will register individual start and end times. Join us back at the Maritime Market at 5 p.m. for winner announcement. Prizes will be awarded. No charge.

Childress Wine Dinner

6-10 p.m. - River Pilot Cafe
Enjoy North Carolina fare and wine pairings. Childress wine maker Mark Friszolowski will explain each course’s flights. Open to all islanders 21 years of age or older. Cost is $80 per person. Reservations required, space is limited.

Sunday, September 26th

Sparkling Wine Brunch

Noon-2 p.m. - Shoals Club
Enjoy a traditional North Carolina brunch with Duplin, Childress and Biltmore sparkling wines. Cost is $25 per person. Children’s menu available. Reservations required.
