Spa Policies

• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out a brief client profile.
• If you cannot make your appointment, we appreciate 24 hours cancellation notice. A fee may be assessed for missed appointments. If you have two or more appointments and cannot provide 24 hours cancellation, you will be charged 50% of the services scheduled.
• If you are late arriving to your appointment you will not receive an extension of scheduled service time. We recommend rescheduling your appointment if you are going to be more than 15 minutes late.
• Additional charges will be added to services provided during nonbusiness hours. On-location services are available for a fee.
