Island Retreat Spa and Salon offers a soothing atmosphere for enjoying a wide range of services, including facials, pedicures, massages and even special services for the bride on her big day. Whether you're looking for a solitary retreat or an afternoon with friends, Island Retreat offers services designed to help you rediscover your natural beauty and inner peace.

Walk-ins are welcome; however, appointments are recommended to ensure service availability. In addition to our services, our all-natural line of organic skin and hair care products is available for purchase at the spa. Hours of operation vary seasonally, so be sure to call ahead at 910-454-0333.

Guests visiting Bald Head Island for the day should add $23 to service prices for round-trip ferry passage and island transportation to and from the island ferry terminal and Island Retreat Day Spa and Salon. Ferry reservations may be made by calling, 910 457-5003. Ferries depart the mainland on the hour and depart the island on the half-hour. Ferry passage and transportation time to the spa is approximately 45 minutes.
