Thursday October 9th at 5pm at the Bald Head Island Club will have a Fashion Show from 5-7pm located in the Oceans Room. Doors close at 5pm. The Fashion show is free of cost. "Cocktail Hour" from 5-6pm serving wine and light refreshments. Doors close at 5:45pm. Maritime Passage, Bald Head Blues, Riverside Adventure, Room Service, & Silver Peddler will be participating. Special coupons and promotions will be provided to those in attendance.

The 2nd annual Paint Bald Head will take place October 10 and 11. Artists will be painting Plein Aire around the island for two days. Maps of where the artists can be found will be available in the gallery. At 6pm on October 11, come join us for wine and appetizers for a Wet Paint Sale. Come join the fun!

Gentle Yoga and Stretching Workshop Betsy Helton Kimmel is excited to offer a Gentle Yoga and Stretching Workshop at The Bald Head Association  Saturday, October 11th at 10:00 am. This is a great opportunity to experience a gentle yoga class in a stress-free environment.  Yoga is a great practice to promote improved balance and increased flexibility.  Students should bring their own mats, blocks and straps provided.  The cost is $10 per person. Join Us For a Fall Wine Dinner With Chateau Montelena   We are pleased to announce our upcoming Wine Dinner with Chateau Montelana on Thursday, October 16 at 6 p.m. The five course menu features Chef's fall favorites paired with Chateau Montelena's exceptional wines.  Chateau Montelena's Christophe Corteaud will be presenting and discussing the wines served during dinner. From Brive La Gaillarde in the heart of the Limousin Region in Southwest France, Christophe is a graduate of the Lycée Hotelier Bordeaux with Culinary and Hospitality management degrees. Inaugural Bluefish Bonanza

Hosted by the Bald Head Island Chamber of Commerce, this family-friendly fishing tournament kicks off with a welcome reception Friday night. Enjoy a fun day of fishing and friendly competition on Saturday, followed by a fish dinner and awards ceremony that evening.
