Gentle Yoga and Stretching Workshop Saturday, Oct. 11th at 10am BHA's Association Center     Betsy Helton Kimmel is excited to offer a Gentle Yoga and Stretching Workshop at the Association on Saturday, Oct. 11th at 10am. This is a great opportunity to experience a gentle yoga class in a stress-free environment. Yoga is a great practice to promote improved balance and increased flexibility.  Students should bring their own mats; blocks and straps provided. The cost is $10 per person. All levels welcome. Inaugural Bluefish Bonanza

Hosted by the Bald Head Island Chamber of Commerce, this family-friendly fishing tournament kicks off with a welcome reception Friday night. Enjoy a fun day of fishing and friendly competition on Saturday, followed by a fish dinner and awards ceremony that evening. Big cash prizes for largest fish will be awarded in multiple categories, including Junior Angler (15 and under). Plan to stay the whole weekend and explore the island on Sunday.
