Owner Services Coordinator (Hammocks)
Under general supervision, receives requests, answers inquiries and coordinates services for property owners on the rental program at Bald Head Island. The position is primarily responsible for responding to property owner calls and requests, coordinating requested services with maintenance and other divisions of BHI and ensuring that property owners are informed of pertinent information. Work includes coordinating repairs, improvements and cleaning services with vendors and BHI staff, maintaining account information and informing property owners about special events, promotions or status of request or scheduled maintenance. The employee works with BHI division heads and pertinent staff to schedule work for property owners, determine fees and status of work performed and to stay informed of special events, rental program changes, and other information. The employee must possess excellent customer service skills and have the ability to mediate in controversial situations. Employee works with a wide degree of latitude and independence. Reports to the Hammocks Manager.
Coordinates owner maintenance and housekeeping services. Plans and develops informational materials for owners. Performs routine and specialized clerical tasks. Receives requests, answers inquiries, and coordinates administrative services for interval property owners. Responds to property owner calls and requests, coordinates requested services with maintenance staff and other divisions, books reservations, insures requested services are completed and communicates status of work performed to property owners and other interested parties. Prepares and distributes informational materials for owners. Assists in developing special greeting programs and informational packets for owners. Utilizes computerized equipment and various word processing, spreadsheet, and specialized resort management software.
Graduation from a high school or equivalent, prefer a two year degree in business administration or related field, and have three years of customer service experience; or an equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities.
