Office Assistant I-Shoals Club
Shoals Club Full Time position. Under general supervision, performs a variety of clerical and receptionist duties. Work is characterized by basic clerical functions such as typing, filing, basic report preparation, answering telephones and providing information. Employee must exercise considerable tact and courtesy in dealing with the public. Reports to a supervisor or department head as assigned.
Performs other related work as required.
High school graduation or equivalent and two years of relevant experience,one year of which is specifically related to working with the public or an equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities.Working knowledge of various computer applications.
